To gain membership to the St Cloud Multiple Listing Service (must have a Primary Association membership with SCAAR or another association).

Print and Complete Application forms
The following forms are to be completed by the Designated Broker of the office:

Submit Completed forms and Payment
Applications and MLS Office Application Fee of $500 via check (payable to SCAAR) or credit card may be submitted in person, email, or US mail. The Broker of the office must apply for membership, and pay the quarterly service fee of $156 before any of the office’s agents may apply for MLS membership.
Step 3
Application Confirmation
Notification will be sent via email when your applications have been processed. Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing.
Step 4
Individual Agent Application
Agents may apply for MLS access by submitting the following forms after the Broker of the office has joined. Current fees of $156 per quarter, per agent is due at application.
