St. Cloud Area Association of REALTORS®

The mission of the St. Cloud Area Association of REALTORS® is to support its members by being the local advocate for REALTORS®; enhancing the professionalism, integrity and competency of its members; promoting private property rights; and strengthening the REALTOR® image within the community.

• Improve the REALTOR® Image in the Community
• Overcome member apathy
• Increase Broker involvement in the Association
• Create a written financial policy that includes reserve limits 
• Strengthen local government affairs efforts
• Strive to improve leadership professionalism and equal opportunity for all SCAAR members
• Continue efforts to maintain a strong SCAMLS
• Encourage members to pursue advanced REALTOR® Designations
• Improve both the knowledge and use of new technology by the Association and its members
