At Home Town Title, LLC we believe it is our privilege to work for our clients.  We are a locally owned non-affiliated company with strong roots in Central Minnesota.  Home Town Title, LLC was founded in 1998 in Sauk Centre, MN, now with offices in Sauk Centre, Alexandria and St. Joseph, servicing all of Minnesota, specializing in Stearns, Douglas, Benton, Todd and Morrison counties.  We can handle commercial and residential closings as well as new construction.
