Our mission is to support our members by being the advocate for REALTORS®; enhancing the professionalism, integrity, education, and competency of our members; promoting and protecting private property rights; and strengthening the REALTOR® image within the community.
Membership application
Step 1
Print and Complete Application forms
Fill out the form completely. Make sure to sign the bottom of the form. Provide a copy of your real estate or appraisal license.
Determine the dues amount using the Pro-Rated Dues Schedule below – use the month you are applying to determine activation date. We accept payments in the form of check (payable to SCAAR), or credit card.
Step 2
Submit Completed forms and Payment
Submit your application in person, by email, or US mail. Payment for dues and fees are due upon application.
Applications will not be processed until all required forms, a copy of real estate or appraiser license and dues payment have been received.
Step 3
Application Confirmation
Notification will be sent via email when your applications have been processed. Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing.
