Membership application

Step 1

Print and Complete Application forms

Complete both MLS Application Forms below.  Forms must filled filled out completely and signed. (If you do not know your MLS Office ID#, please ask your Broker or contact the Board Office.)

Step 2

Submit Completed forms and Payment

Submit the forms in person, email, or US mail.  MLS Fees are due upon application.

The fee for MLS Service is $156 per quarter, per agent.  MLS fees are non-refundable.

Step 3

Application Confirmation

Notification will be sent via email when your applications have been processed. Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing.


The Designated Broker of the office must apply for membership before any of the office’s agents may apply and receive MLS membership.
