Step 1
Print and Complete Application forms
Complete the Office Board Application form below. This form is to be completed by the Designated Broker of the office.
Step 2
Submit Completed forms and Payment
Submit the Office Board Application and Application Fee of $200. We accept payment in the form of check (payable to SCAAR), or credit card. Submit the application form in person, email, or US mail. Applications will be not be processed until the payment for the application fee has been received.
Step 3
Application Confirmation
Notification will be sent via email when your applications have been processed. Application has been processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing.
