Calling Kim Voiceline:
You can also call the Kim Voiceline number to get an update code for your key. Use this if you happen to be at a showing and forgot to update your key or if you are out of town. Remember this can only be used TWO TIMES IN A ROW. Call the KIM Voiceline at 1-888-968-4032. This Voiceline number will give you step by step directions on how to update your key.

Data Corruption:
If your key is displaying the error "Data Corruption" that is because you have not kept it on the cradle regularly and the key has lost its charge. If you see this error, bring your key into the Board Office and we will reprogram it. Be sure your key has been charging in the cradle for at LEAST 4 HOURS BEFORE you bring it into the Board Office.
Update via the Web:
You may also update your key via the web. Go to
www.supraekey.com. Click on "Log on to KIMweb!" You will need to select "MN-St Cloud Assoc of Rltrs." Select Agent Login and enter your key # and pin # and click login. Then click on "Update Code" and you will get an update code and instructions on how to update your key.
Key Reset:
If your key seems to freeze up, trying holding down the enter button and pressing 1. This will reset your key.
The cradle:
You should place your key in the cradle every night. This will not only update your key automatically for you but it will also keep it charged. If your cradle does not seem to be working properly, you can reset it by pressing the small RESET button on the back of the cradle. You will need something small like a pin to do this.
