In August 2011, NorthstarMLS, Inc., eliminated all MLS areas. The Monthly Indicators Report was based on a set of MLS areas, so starting with the September 2011 report, all data featured in the report will be based on activity that occurred within the cities of St. Cloud, St. Joseph, Sartell,  Sauk Rapids and Waite Park.
