For an agent to apply for membership to the Association and MLS, follow these steps:

Print the application forms listed below.

• Fill the forms out completely.
• Provide a copy your real estate/appraisal license.
• Determine the dues amount using the Pro-Rated Dues Schedule below - use the month based on your license activation date.  We accept payments in the form of check (payable to SCAAR) or credit card (we are able to accept either form of payment over the phone).
• Submit your application in person, by e-mail, US mail, or by fax. Applications will not be processed until all required forms AND the dues payment have been received.
  

Applications will be processed in the order they are received, and you will receive notification via email when your application has been processed.
