REALTOR® - MLS Membership
For an agent to gain membership to the St. Cloud Multiple Listing Service (must have primary Association membership elsewhere), follow these steps:
- Print the application forms listed below and fill them out completely.
- Submit the forms in person, by e-mail, US mail, or by fax.
The fee for MLS services is $43/month, per agent. This is added to the broker's monthly invoice.
Applications will be processed in the order they are received, and you will receive notification via email when your application has been processed.
NOTE: The broker of the office must apply for membership before any of the office's agents may apply and receive MLS membership. If you have any questions about applying for membership please contact the board office at 320.253.7149 or
