For an office to obtain membership to the St. Cloud Association of Area REALTORS®, follow these steps:

• Print and complete the application form below – this form is to be completed by the broker of the office.  (Application forms to join the MLS are found on the page titled Office - MLS Membership)

• Submit the application fee of $200.  We accept payment in the form of check (payable to SCAAR) or credit card.  We are able to take either form of payment over the phone.
• Submit the application form in person, by e-mail, US mail, or fax. Applications will not be processed until the payment for the application fee has been received.

Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Notification will be sent via email when your application has been processed.
