• Print and complete the forms below – these forms are to be completed by the broker of the office.

Any agents under the broker who also wish to have access to the MLS should complete the following forms:

• Submit the application fee of $500 via check (payable to SCAAR) or credit card (we can accept either payment over the phone). The broker of the office must apply for membership (and pay the monthly fee of $43) before any of the office’s agents may apply for MLS membership.


• Submit your application in person, e-mail, US mail, or fax. Applications will not be processed until the payment for the application fee has been received.

Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Notification will be sent via email when your application has been processed.
