If your DisplayKEY or eKEY is malfunctioning, you may fill out the Key Lending Agreement (below) and borrow someone else's key. Make sure you fill out this form if you borrow someone's key - or you could be subject to a $1000 fine!

KEY lending is only permissible for electronically malfunctioning DisplayKEYs or eKEYS.  KEY lending is NOT authorized for KEYS with dead batteries or KEYS that have simply not been updated.

Once the form is completed, fax it to the Association office at 320.253.9701. The malfunctioning key must be turned in to the Association office within 72 hours per the Common Lockbox Rules of SCAAR.
