Lost or Stolen Equipment?
If you have lost your key or cradle:
Call the Board Office to set up a time to get new equipment. There is a short form to fill out. The cost of a new key is $150 plus tax and a new cradle is $99. If you purchased insurance, replacement is free.
If your key or cradle has been stolen:
