Key Options
You can either get a DisplayKEY (shown above) or you can get the eKEY software loaded onto a smart phone. If you get the eKEY software, you will need to choose between the Basic or Professional Plan.
What's the difference?
eKEY Compatible Phones
Check out the current list of mobile devices that are copmatible with the eKEY software system. Please be aware that most of the devices require a separate infrared fob before the eKEY software can be used. Contact Supra directly (877.699.6787) to purchase a fob, as we do not carry them in stock at the Board Office.
Leasing a KEY
Contact Mandi at the Board Office to set up an appointment. Please allow about 30 minutes for the leasing process. There is a minimal amount of paperwork, along with a 20 minute orientation DVD to watch.
Please do not wait until the day of or day before a showing or open house to contact us about getting a key. We recommend that you do not schedule showings until you have a key.
Cost
DisplayKEY:
The pdf below shows the prorated monthly amounts of an annual DisplayKEY lease.
Annual Billing for DisplayKEYS:
In January of each year, Supra will send out an invoice to all DisplayKEY lessees. The cost is determined by Supra and is currently $188.28 (plus tax). This invoice is paid directly to Supra. If you do not pay the annual fee by February 11th, your account will be suspended and your DKEY will be turned off. If you have any questions regarding this matter call Supra Support at 1.877.699.6787.
eKey Software:
If you get the eKey software loaded onto your PDA or smart phone, the fee will automatically be deducted from a bank account or credit card each month. You can choose between the Basic Plan ($22.04 plus tax monthly) or the Professional Plan ($28.66 plus tax monthly.). Please note these fees are paid monthly, not annually.
