For an office to gain Affiliate Membership to the St. Cloud Area Association of REALTORS®, follow these steps:
- Fill out the forms below. Only fill out the MLS access form if you wish to obtain access to the sold data in our MLS, which is $50/month. It is policy of the National Association of REALTORS®, that in order to gain access to the MLS, you MUST carry a real estate license or appraisal license.
- Determine your dues amount using the pro-rated schedule below. We accept payments in the form of check (payable to SCAAR) or credit card.
- You may submit the forms in person, by e-mail, US mail, or by fax. Applications will not be processed until the payment for dues is received.
Dues for Affiliate membership are $300 per year. For applicants during the year, dues are pro-rated as follows:
